Dr Glenn Masson is a Structural Mass Spectrometrist who is expecially interested in hydrogen deuterium exchange mass spectrometry, with application to proteins that exhibit intrinsic disorder.  His research also focuses on lipid phosphatases and kinases, and how they interact with the cell membrane.  He is a former graduate student of St Catharine's College, and completed his PhD in Biochemistry at the MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology in 2015.  Before beginning his PhD, he earned a master's degree from the University of Sheffield and spent a year working with AstraZeneca as an x-ray crystallographer
