Overview of graduate accommodation

An overview of our graduate residences is given below, with rental rates quoted per term.

The terms are defined as follows:

  • 25 September - 31 December
  • 1 January - 31 March
  • 1 April - 30 June
  • 1 July - 24 September

Rents include internet connection charge (with the exception of Brookside where residents arrange their own service providers). Heating and lighting charges are also applied each term as detailed below.
