College alumni win Cambridge University Pilkington Prizes

Congratulations to two former students of St Catharine's, Dr Nik Cunniffe (1993) and Professor Jim Woodhouse (1969), who have this year been awarded Cambridge University Pilkington Prizes for excellence in teaching. Both read Mathematics at St Catharine's, but since then their research interests have diverged: Dr Cunniffe now teaches at the Department of Plant Sciences, and Professor Woodhouse at the Department of Engineering and the School of Technology.
