Accommodation and Events Assistant

We are looking to appoint an Accommodation and Events Assistant to support the Accommodation, Conference and Events office in the administration and management of College’s accommodation and conference service, for both our students and external guests.

The post holder will be required to provide first point of contact for housing issues and enquiries, responding promptly (within 48 hours). As well as providing a professional, courteous and efficient reception service for the College conference and events activity dealing with telephone and e-mail enquiries.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience of working within the conference and events or student accommodation field would be desirable.
  • Knowledge and experience of using room booking systems, ideally Kinetic Solutions
  • A high level of computer literacy and IT skills regarding common Microsoft platforms and applications.
  • Experience of the collegiate environment/experience in a hotel or similar environment.
