ADO Executive Administrator

The Alumni and Development Office (ADO) at St Catharine’s welcomes applications for the position of ADO Executive Administrator to join the team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading College alumni and development office to work on the “Our College, Our Future” Campaign which aims to raise £65 million to fund student support, College life and a major programme of building and renovation. 

This position will appeal to someone who is confident, well-organised and flexible, with extensive experience in Office Management. Being part of small team, we are looking for someone who is able to work on their own initiative and who can demonstrate a positive approach to problem solving.

The ADO Executive Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the ADO, providing specific support to the Development Director.
  • Keeping under review the processes involved in running the office and seek to improve efficiency as required.
  • Working closely with the Development Director and other members of the team to create a dynamic and rewarding working environment
  • Leading by example and preparing to engage in office activities of importance to the team and to the college.

Employment Benefits include:

  • Salary between FTE £30,000 and £37,000 p.a. depending on skills and experience (the successful applicant will be required to serve a six-month probation period).
  • Full time hours of work are 37.5 per week (part time may be considered, min 30 hours).
