The College's Guest Rooms are available for Fellows' guests and Alumni on a temporary basis (i.e. for no more than two or three nights).
There is no charge for the personal guest of a member of the Fellowship, but if a Fellow books the guest room on behalf of someone who is not their personal guest, the Accommodation Office should be informed of who will be paying for the use of the room. The Guest Room should not be booked for people who are attending conferences or College reunion events. We do not permit guests aged under 16.
These rooms are available to alumni to book for their personal use. Alumni must not book the room for their guests. Charges will be applied and invoiced, via email, post departure. The Guest Room cannot be booked for the purpose of attending conferences or College reunion events. We do not permit guests aged under 16.
The first night is non-refundable if you cancel within 2 days of the arrival date. If you cancel before this there will be no charge.
