The Master, Professor Sir Mark Welland, and the Development Director, Mrs Deborah Loveluck, will host a dinner for Members in the Toronto area, following a public lecture by the Master at the University of Toronto.
The Master, Professor Sir Mark Welland FRS FREng, Professor of Nanotechnology & Head of Electrical Engineering, will give a public lecture at the University of Toronto on Monday 4 June 2018.
The lecture is entitled 'From disease related protein mis-folding to advanced medicine - nanostructures at work' and will begin at 6pm. It will take place at the Bahen Centre for Information Technology, on the university campus (room TBC). This part of the event is free and will be open to the public.
Following the lecture, the Master and the Development Director, Mrs Deborah Loveluck, will host a dinner for St Catharine's Members in the area in the Upper Library at Massey College, beginning at 7:30pm. This portion of the evening is ticketed, at a cost of £40, and must be booked below.
