Since these occasions provide a pleasant opportunity for old members of the College to meet their contemporaries, the Master and Fellows very much hope that you will take this opportunity to proceed to your MA in person at the Congregation on 21 March 2020 and to dine with them on Friday, 20 March at 7.30pm.
A £10 degree fee is payable whether you wish to graduate 'in person' or 'in absentia', please select the appropriate option.
- Overnight accommodation is available for Graduands ONLY on Friday 20 and Saturday 21 March (if only staying the Friday night you have until 5.00pm on Saturday 21 March before you need to vacate the room). It is £51.00 per person per night (including breakfast).
- Guests may purchase morning coffee/light lunch in Hall before the Congregation on 21 March.
- 2 Guest tickets are available, per student attending the ceremony in the Senate House.
Details for those proceeding for the MA degree in person, including the dress required are available here.
I am sure you will enjoy the dinner, which many of the Fellows regard as one of the most pleasant events in the College calendar. (Please note, however, that it is a formal occasion, and we would be grateful if any circulating could be done before and after the dinner rather than in Hall.) The College regrets that dinner and accommodation are only available to those taking their degrees in person, no guests permitted.
Should you not be able to attend the Congregation on 21 March, you may proceed to your MA at any of the other Congregations- 25 April 2020, 16 May 2020, 17 July 2020. If you cannot make any of these dates then please contact Elaine Hurrell on the email address above who will be able to assist.
Please note the closing date 1 March 2020.
