The Graduands (not guests) are invited to meet with the Praelector at 12.45pm for lunch at 1.00pm. Graduands should arrive fully robed. After lunch the Praelector will run through a rehearsal before accompanying the graduands to the Senate House.

January, February and March

Please note that the January and February ceremonies are 'in absentia' only, and March ceremonies are reserved for Graduands taking the MA degree.

April, May and July

In April, May and July, as it is likely that you will be presented between the hours of 12 noon and 2pm, there will be a post-ceremony drinks reception held in College from 2.00-3.30pm.

Graduands are presented College by College, in order of the date of foundation of the College, and in sessions of several Colleges at a time. As the precise timings of each Congregation may vary, you will be sent an email one week beforehand with the timetable for the day's proceedings. The timetable will also be posted on the Noticeboard outside the Porters' Lodge.
