Easter Term residence ends at 10:00am on 25 June 2023, other than for residents in I/J/K staircase which ends on 17 June 2023, or those proceeding to graduation on 29 June. All new Graduands must vacate their College rooms no later than 10:00am on Friday 30 June.
Please complete the form below should you wish to extend your stay in College accommodation after the end of Easter Term's occupation period or hope to stay during the summer vacation period. Applications will be sent to your Tutor for authorisation.
For those applying to extend their stay after the end of Easter term please note we will endeavour to put you in your 'contracted' room, however this is dependent on availability due to conference commitments and cannot be guaranteed.
Internships or summer requests will most likely be placed in postgraduate accommodation; Rooms on the main site are not available due to conference business.
If you have submitted an application for either the St Catharine’s Summer Project Accommodation Award and/or the St Catharine’s College Alumni Society Student Award Fund, please do still complete this form in case your application is unsuccessful but still intend to stay over the summer.

Late applications will only be considered in exceptional circumstances. If your application is approved, any additional nights accommodation, outside the occupancy period, will be charged at the vacation rate and billed to you separately.
