Tutorial Office

The Tutorial Office is here to help with any queries you might have from matriculation to graduation and everything in-between. Our offices are based on the ground floor of the C staircase in Main Court. We are open from 9am until 5pm on weekdays. Students are always welcome to visit us.

Tutorial Office (C1, right-hand side office)

Katalin (Kati) Sexton is the Tutorial Office Manager and also the EA to the Senior Tutor. She maintains oversight of all matters relating to both undergraduate and postgraduate students. This includes student finances (internal and external bursaries, loans and awards), international student arrangements, welfare matters, examination results and College prizes, tutorial support and admissions.

Elaine Hurrell is our Undergraduate Administrator. She is responsible for all undergraduate student queries, from examination to intermission and anything else between. She is the main point of contact for all undergraduate students from arriving in College up until graduation.

Hannah Currington is our Postgraduate Administrator is responsible for all things graduate and postgraduate related; From graduate admissions to all graduate finance applications for both current students and applicants. They are here for all postgraduate related questions, student wellbeing, graduations, matriculations, and any issues that may arise during your time with the college.

TheTutorial Assistant post is currently vacant. The main duties of this position are creating student letters (for visa appointments, bank opening, etc), supervision related tasks, updating student records and helping other members of the Tutorial team with various tasks during busy periods.  

Admissions Office (C1a, left-hand side office)

While Megan Walsh is on maternity leave, Liza Zhabina is covering the Undergraduate Admissions Administrator position. She oversees and arranges all undergraduate admission related tasks with the academics and is the first point of contact for Freshers' until they arrive in College.

Lauren Hines is the Schools Liaison and Outreach Officer and provides schools, individuals, and outreach partners with guidance on the Oxford & Cambridge admissions process alongside Thomas. She works with schools with little experience of applications to Oxbridge - or to Higher Education – to raise aspirations and help students reach their full academic potential and organises the Catz Ambassadors scheme to get students involved with outreach work in the College.
