If you are expecting to receive a grant maintenance cheque, please call at the Finance Office (on the ground floor in Bull) as soon as possible and no later than the first week of term. If cheques are not collected within that period, they may be returned to your funding body. Mrs Kathy Malley (firstname.lastname@example.org,) will be happy to help you.
The College Office opening hours during the first week of term are:
- 9.30 am to 12 noon
- 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm
After the first week of term:
- 10.30 am to 12 noon
- 2.00 pm to 3.30 pm
If you have been awarded a bursary, grant or scholarship by the College, payment will be made directly into a UK bank account. At the earliest possible convenience, please provide us with details of your account by completing the Graduate Fianace Form.
Please ensure that you let Graduate and Finance offices know if your bank account details change at any time during your course, otherwise financial payments may not be made to you.
Payment dates for College awards are as follows:
- Michaelmas Term - 15 October
- Lent Term - 15 January
- Easter Term - 15 April
- Long Vacation - 30 June
