10:00-10:45 Collection of gowns, hoods, etc (Ramsden)
12:45 Graduands congregate (in full academical dress) (Hall)
13:00 Graduation Photograph, followed by preparation for the ceremony
14:15 Guests should be at the Senate House no later than this for the St Catharine's session of the Congregation
14:30 St Catharine's graduands begin to be presented (the session should end around 3.05 pm)
15:15-17:30 Garden Party (Main Court)
(On-site Portrait service for individuals and families between 3 and 5 pm)
