Access our sports facilities

St Catharine's is proud to maintain a range of sports facilities to benefit our community – some of the best of any Cambridge College. These exist primarily so that our students can realise as much as possible of their personal potential while studying at the College.

All facilities are available to students, staff and Fellows of St Catharine's for no additional charge. These facilities are heavily used and appreciated by all members of the College and, through arrangement, by other teams outside the University. Our sports field is also used by Christ's College.

Boathouse	On the banks of the Cam, off Kimberley Road (on the opposite side of the river to Midsummer Common)	No booking required – join pre-scheduled outings and training sessions	Please contact boathouse.manager@ caths.cam.ac.uk or the students on the St Catharine's College Boat Club Committee to get involved, whether you are a novice or experienced rower
Indoor courts	The College sports ground is off South Green Road near Grantchester Meadows	Book online	Includes two squash courts and one court for badminton, table tennis, etc
