Health & wellbeing support for staff & Fellows

Welcome to the Welfare Hub for St Catharine's staff and Fellows. If you are looking for information about student welfare, please visit the Welfare Hub for St Catharine's students.

What do we mean by 'wellbeing'?

When we talk about welfare we are talking how we are doing as a whole person. Welfare provision can include everything from one to one support for mental health issues to activities to promote individual and communal wellbeing, to 'just a chat' to help think things through.

St Catharine’s Health and Wellbeing Team

The Health & Wellbeing team at St Catharine's College

You are welcome to contact members of the Health and Wellbeing team by email at any time, and we aim to reply within two working days to arrange an appointment.

If you are not sure whether your concern is a welfare or an HR matter, this document may help you work out who to approach.  Please do be reassured that whoever you contact first will be happy to help you get to the right place to access the support you need.

If you are concerned that someone else may be particularly vulnerable, please do reach out to them, and contact a member of the Health and Wellbeing Team in confidence if you feel that they may need further support.

The wider wellbeing team

A lot of people at St Catharine's are involved in promoting welfare and wellbeing. The Health and Wellbeing Team work closely with others to provide support including:
