Undergraduate residence charges 2023-24

Below are the Undergraduate rents listed by room band and contract type. 

One bill will be issued at the start of Michaelmas Term detailing the full residence charge for the whole occupation period. The bill will include a payment schedule, which will show the full amount divided into 3 instalments and when these are due. The instalments do not relate to a defined period or College term. Students will receive a reminder email regarding bill payments in Lent and Easter terms.

If you wish to extend your stay outside of your contracted occupancy dates, or apply for accommodation during the vacations you will be charged a daily vacation rate. This rate is based on the room band you are allocated. Please see rates below:
