There are three wireless networks in College.
- The university-wide service called eduroam which is our recomended network. The instuctions are here: https://help.uis.cam.ac.uk/new-starters/it-for-students/student-it-serv…
- The college-only network is called StCatharinesCollegeWireless. This network requires a password which is available here (Once you have signed in with Raven at the top).
- The college-only conference guest network StCatharinesCollegeGuests. This network is only intended for the use of Guests and Conferences.

If you are staying in a property that is rented and not owned by the College the WiFi is generally supplied and maintained by the properties owner and therefore makes it harder for us to help with any problems. Please get in touch with us first though, via our ticket system, and we will see what we can do.
We try to maintain full availability on the wireless network but occasionally there can be interferance or a faulty wireless points so we can't guarantee that it will always be available. If you would prefer a backup wired connection in your college room, you should apply for one here.
