In Easter Term 2020, the College's Governing Body voted to approve the creation of the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Working Group to help guide and inform policies, procedures and behaviours across all aspects of College life.
The Chaplain and Head of Wellbeing are the St Catharine’s Discrimination and Harassment Contacts for students, with the HR manager holding this role for staff. This role provides confidential support to students who may be experiencing any form of discrimination, harassment, or sexual misconduct.
