Wherever possible, we aim to send out a save-the-date up to six months prior to an event, with invitations following around three months before.


Events can be booked online. If you have any difficulty with your online booking or wish to change any details, please contact the Alumni and Development Office at

The closing date for events will usually be 2 weeks prior. 

Once capacity has been reached for an event, we operate a waiting list policy. We will let people on the waiting list know as soon as possible in the event of a cancellation enabling them to attend. To request to be added to the waiting list, contact
